Play and accounts
Guests may browse menus without an account. Joining a venue, verified play, and offers require a confirmed account. Keep your sign-in details private, use your own account, and do not manipulate scores, create duplicate accounts to claim offers, or disrupt other guests. Points recognise game achievement and have no cash value. Practice games do not count as verified scores or billable plays.
Menus, Exchange, and offers
The venue supplies its menu, prices, availability, offer rules, and service. Exchange reserves a price for payment at the bar; Caipi Play does not collect card payments or update the venue’s till. Staff confirm payment and redemption. Observe the expiry shown on each voucher. Venue credit stays at that venue and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another guest.
Only one discount source applies to an item. Scheduled promotions, chance offers, birthday offers, and Exchange prices cannot be combined. Chance offers are free to draw, include a possible empty result, and are limited to one result per account, venue, and local day. Birthday offers need staff confirmation and are subject to the venue’s availability and nightly cap.
Venue responsibilities
Venue operators are responsible for accurate menus, permission to use uploaded images and logos, handling payment and service issues, and following local age, alcohol, promotion, and prize rules. Offers are disabled until the venue configures them and confirms its local review. The app is also suitable for food and alcohol-free venues.
Leaving the pilot
Use Your account to export your records, leave a venue, or request permanent account deletion. Settle any outstanding vouchers or venue credit with staff first. Venue owners should arrange transfer or closure with the pilot operator.
