What we use
Caipi Play uses your email and authentication records to operate your account. Your nickname, avatar, venue memberships, consent choices, and game results support play and venue leaderboards. Exchange stores reservations, payment confirmations, voucher redemptions, and venue credit. A birthday offer uses only your birth month and day, never your birth year. Uploaded menu photos belong to the venue’s menu.
Your choices
Public leaderboard sharing and marketing consent are separate and optional for each venue. Both start off. You can change these choices in your venue profile. Public leaderboards show a nickname, avatar, and venue-specific identifier. Points measure games, never alcohol purchases or consumption. This pilot does not send marketing campaigns.
Who can see it
Venue staff see the operational information needed to run their venue and redeem vouchers. Other guests see published menus and leaderboards you have chosen to join. Platform administrators can manage venue operations. Supabase hosts accounts, database records, and menu photos; Vercel hosts the app. When the security challenge is enabled, Cloudflare processes the challenge needed to protect account forms.
Storage and removal
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The separately labelled demo stores sample data in your browser. Account records remain while your account is active. You can download your data, leave a venue, or delete your account from Your account. Account deletion removes your login, profile, memberships, birthday, and unredeemed offers. Completed play counts and settled receipts remain without an account reference. Existing backups expire according to the hosting provider’s configured retention.
Outstanding paid vouchers and venue credit must be settled first. Venue owners and administrators must transfer their responsibilities before account deletion.
